After being separated from our two cats, Maki and Yuki for over 9 months due to COVID-related travel restrictions, we were reunited in December 2020, in large part thanks to Valérie and Nice Pet Travel.

Valérie and Nice Pet Travel were recommended to us by someone who had found themselves in the same situation as us (living in Vietnam with their pets stuck in Europe) and they did not disappoint. After weeks of trials and tribulations (flights canceled at the last minute, airlines being anything but helpful, etc.) we finally got our cats back and, unlike traumatizing previous travel experiences, they arrived calm and composed. We have to thank Nice Pet Travel for this. Their patience and love for animals showed all the way and made the trip and the wait worth it!

In moving from France to London our veterinaire, suggested we contact Valerie Gruslin from Nice Pet Travel to assist with moving our six year-old cat, ‘Kitty’.

Valerie was fantastic advising us of the least stressful way of moving Kitty, required paperwork / certificates, specifications of the carrier box, collection in France by animal taxi (for Kitty’s journey to Nice Airport) and putting us in contact with a UK provider that collected her from the Heathrow and delivered her safely to us in London.

I want to thank you Valerie and Nice Pet Travel for all of your help transporting my two dogs to Dubai. I was petrified about the dogs travelling in cargo after reading numerous horror stories online but SkyCargo told me that the person they trusted the most was you and it is clear why! Communication was quick and clear (even at 1am) and what I had been told was a painful documentation process was made simple and easy. The dogs arrived happy and calm and felt at home within minutes. Thank you again and I will most definitely be in touch when it is time for the dogs to head back to France.

Over the years we have travelled easily within Europe with our cat, but with our relocation to the United Arab Emirates from France I looked for assistance, especially as we had to leave the cat behind for a couple of months. Valerie helped us every step of the way. Her prompt and efficient replies to emails or calls left us feeling assured our cat was in good hands. We brought are dog from Iran to France in order to send him to Australia. We didn’t know how to send him there and therefore we found a lady called ‘Valerie Gruslin’ who assured us about her services and said she would take care of everything and we didn’t have to worry. We handed our dog to her and received him in Melbourne. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Valerie was very attentive and quick to respond.
