Efficient

Over the years we have travelled easily within Europe with our cat, but with our relocation to the United Arab Emirates from France I looked for assistance, especially as we had to leave the cat behind for a couple of months. Valerie helped us every step of the way. Her prompt and efficient replies to emails or calls left us feeling assured our cat was in good hands. Due to her experience she foresees issues and needs so arrangements need not be stressful. She helped us with vaccinations, vet visits and paperwork in France as well as governmental import paperwork in the UAE.
